Not looking so much for load data, but anyone shooting 142smk's from a 26" barrel? What velocities are you running, and what seating depths. I have seen my best results at .020 and .050 jumps on my seating depths. I have read a lot of guys having luck at 2750-80 and a faster node in the upper 2800's. I have found happy spots at 2780-2790, 2810-2815, and further up in the 2860 range. Which seems fairly consistent with things I have read. This barrel seems to shoot them all well. Haven't had a chance to try them past 200yds yet, so just wondering where others have found consistency.

(Tikka action, 26" stainless Proof heavy palma barrel Norma brass, cci 200 primers, h4350)

Following.

I have experience with the 142 SMK in my old 6.5x47 but recently went to a Creedmoor and interested in hearing if anyone else is running them.

Define hot. I'm at 42 grains. I am just about to switch to a new keg of H4350 so I've been testing a few charge weights. The new keg gets the same speed with 41.6g.

1,315 yards is the farthest impact with this load.
Crazy the differences cases and barrels make. I am using prime/norma brass, CCI 200 primers. 40.7 grains gives me 2795, 41 grains gives me 2810. I have had 4.6 sd and 10 es at 41 grains.
