APF is JUNK!
The LMT is usually solid, but I have had issues with the chrome peeling away.
The Rainer Arms is ok but RCA basic BCG has a better finish IMO and is a tad cheaper.
If you want to save a few $$ go with Rubber City Armory. RCA also have a lighter-weight titanium BCG with a adjustable gas key that would give the JP a run for its money.
And the JP is pretty much the Gold Standard.
