6.5 creedmoor or 25 creemoor with n565?

Has anyone used those cases with n565 powder? I have a limited supply of 210 primers that I could use but have a lot of n565. I seen load data with it but wanted to see if anyone has tried it with success might have to go longer barrel?

That's a bulky slow burn powder. N555 has done very well in my 25cm at 42.2gr running 2860fps with 135 Bergers, low psi load.

I bought a 6.5 cm I found some load data for n565 I'm going to try it just to see but not expecting great results. If not I will grab some h4350 n555 n560 or 6.5 staball

For maximum efficiency in the .308 sized cases, the new Winchester StaBall 6.5 powder seems to be the ticket. I did a bunch of research on it, and after doing so, picked up an 8 lbs. jug while it was on sale a while back. Haven't tried it yet, but plan on giving it a go in my 7mm-08 pushing Berger 175 Elite Hunters. The load I have currently is using Varget and CCI 200's, and it's producing .25x" 3-shout groups at 100, so it's doing VERY well, but it's only running 2,400 FPS MV from my 20" barrel. So, I figured if I can find an equally accurate load and squeeze about another 100-150 FPS using the StaBall 6.5 (like they advertise) then I'll be really doing well. I haven't tried it yet, as I have other thing more pressing right now, but I'll get around to it before hunting season.

Another one to try that is slightly slower than CFE-223 (which is slower than Varget) is Hodgdon LeverEvolution. I just got an 8 lbs. jug of it after trying it in my new 6mm ARC and it seems to like it better than CFE-223.

Rl26 gives the best performance for a slow burn in the 25/65cm. In a 26" 65 barrel 140s easily reach 2900fps, 135s in a 26" 25cm we're over 3k. The 25cm with a 133/135 Berger is a ballistic darling with low recoil. Now the 134 ELDM is out, there are some high bc options for sure. Sadly blackjack is gone, likely forever.

I think n565 is closer to rl26 as far as burn rate than most people think. I think it's faster than h1000. But I will see what happens can't hurt then if not go to other powder

Rl26 is much more dense than N565 and has more energy per grain. I've shot a lot of both in prc/Saum cases. Rl26/H1000/N565 all are next to each other on burn chart. N565 is much bulkier than H1000 but has a lil more energy. Equal weight, N565 will get a lil more velocity than H1000, but equal weight rl26 will be notably faster than either. You can't stuff enough N565 or H1000 into a 65cm case to make acceptable velocity, RL26 on the other hand will make the highest velocity of any powder available with 140+ grain bullets. N565 requires case capacity due to bulk. It does very well in 65prc and X284. N555 is even lil bulky in 65cm, but it's better in 25, 6mm and 22 as they get more overbore.

Here’s a snap of VV’s loading guide info, the 140 hybrid is listed with N565 with a full case.

What load are you using for RL26 and Berger 133 in 25CM? Thanks

I don't run rl26 as my normal loading, but when I tested for pressure, anything over 46gr was over 3000 from a 26" barrel. I run 43.5 N555 @ 2950 in my hunting setup, warm load I'm pretty sure. In my match rifle which has a 28" pipe, I run 42.2gr at 2860ish. These are two different rifles, one using lapua brass, the other using alpha.
