Can a 6.5 Creedmoor barrel be reamed out to a 6.5 PRC and be OK? I looked at the chamber drawings and it looks bigger and longer than the 6.5 creed. but might have missed something that's way i'm asking.

My guess would be yes, provided that the current chamber is concentric. If not concentric the gunsmith would need to bore out the chamber enough to get a concentric cylinder (actually a cone for most of us) so the PRC reamer would start out concentric, if too much is needed to bore it out that the concentric portion is larger in diameter than that portion of the PRC reamer, it would not work. I have skipped some explanation here but wanted to discuss that it is not just a matter of whether one reamer is larger than another.

Hope this helps,
