I have a Savage Hunter semi-auto, and I have worked up a load for the Hornady 147gr ELD Match, and I want to find one for the Hornady 129gr interlock SP. My rifle does not seam to like that bullet. I deer hunt with my rifle and the 147gr will work fine but the 129gr would mess up less meat. The problem is me, and the fact that I like my rifle to shoot 1" or better at 100yds and these 129grs shoot a 3" group at 100yds and that would be fine for my open sights on my 30-30.

Other options are available. Nosler makes an accubond in that weight, Swift an A frame, or Barnes a couple X bullet variations.

Or poke through this thread and see if anyone has shared a load for that bullet.
