Call up a gunsmith. Sounds like you need a 6.5mm barrel chambered in 6.5creedmoor.... Installed/headspaced to your M700.

As for 700's, you won't find pre-fit barrels unless you go to a barrel nut setup like a savage uses.
You are looking at having a gunsmith fit the barrel.
He will also ream the chamber at the same time.
So, what you are really looking for is a 1:8" or 1:8.5" twist 6.5mm barrel blank.

Lilja often has them on the shelf in remington varmint contour.

Give me a call tomorrow afternoon if you want and we can go over it.
If we can find the barrel you're after, we can have it turned out and Cerakoted within one month.
Most of our wait time is on parts right now(stocks and special order barrels)

Grizzly has a few Bartlein barrels in stock with 1:8.5 twist. Robert Whitley may also have some in stock with a 1:8 twist. Bugholes has some 1:8.5 twist in stock.
