I finally got out to the range and do some chrono and OCW load development..Hopefully the reloading gurus can give me some insights..
The rifle is a newly built Lilja 319 (19") barrel
Loads are:
123gr. scenar
hornady brass
Leverevolution powder
CCI 450
Loads were 30.4gr.,30.7gr,31gr,31.3gr,31.6gr.
no crimps
2.255coal
sunny day at 70deg and the chrono is the Magnetospeed V3
Point of aim is dead center of the circle......All rounds were done round robin..left to the right then right to left ...back and forth 4 times

I'm kinda new to the OCW..I have been doing ladder for years..I don't know whats the deal with the velocities on 31.3gr.
Loads were compressed on 31.3 and 31.6 but no signs of pressure.
I am thinking about just sticking with 31.6 and load it out to 2.260 and call it a day...
The verticle stringing is alittle issue buggin me
