6.5 Grendel V/S .224 Valkyrie

Thinking of a new AR build. Which way should I go and why? Anticipating usually shooting out to 800 with this. Not hunting.

I haven't built either, but if I did, it would be the 6.5 Grendel for the sole purpose of getting more energy on steel targets. It's hard enough to see a .224 projo impact, though it can still be heard if it's not a busy range. The heavier 6.5 projos will allow the steel to react better.
