Looking to switch from Hornady 6.5 Creedmoor brass to a brass that is proven to have a better chance at reaching 15+ loadings. The large rifle primer is a plus since I over bought Fed 210M's for my .308 last year.

Can anyone post the attributes of this brass? The cost for Prime Ammo is attractive and the fire formed brass is the goal. BTW: I searched and could not find any reports.

A good friend of mine hasn't had good results with Prime as the primer pockets get loose at 3-4 firings. However, he runs hot loads with RL17. I have just started loading my 1x fired brass w/ 42.2 gr of H4350 and am curious whether it will last a little longer. Prime's prices have gone up enough to where I don't think it is a good deal unless your rifle shoots the stuff well (neither of my 6.5 CMs liked it). At this point, Id' rather pay a little less per piece of Lapua and fire form it vs buying loaded Prime. Also, if you want 15+ loadings, then Lapua brass is probably the answer.

If you're talking about 308 RUAG brass that is stamped T and P (Thun - City in Switzerland where it is(was) being made) than its 1:1 with Lapua factory brass. I shoot both Lapua new .260rem and .308 RUAG brass necked down (directly) and i use 1:1 loads. Only difference is in neck tension i have to use smaller neck bushing for RUAG than factory Lapua. I've fired them at least 10x with annealing before its fifth/10th firing. If i use really strong load (i use RS60=RL17) they will have their pockets expanded too much in 3 firings but we're talking 3050+fps with norma 130 bullet...

I'm running 42.5 gr of H4350 in the Hornady brass with 147's at 2,687 MV. Was running 43.0 in Winchester brass at 2,745 mv and pockets starting getting real lose.
I hope the loads above from a 24" Rock Creek is not on the hot side. Wishing the Prime brass is the ticket.
