6.5 slr or creedmore for AR

I want to build a long range precision ar and I've been doin a lot of reading on the 6.5 slr. I really like the idea of this cartridge but was wondering if its advantages over other 6.5 mm cartridges would still shine in an AR platform or would a guy just be better off goin with the creedmore

no need to reinvent the wheel, the creedmoor has an excellent track record in an AR platform.
