I literally cannot find any for sale on ANY website.

Any idea on who might carry them or when these dealers are expecting the next shipment?

Might try Gunstop, they do not have a real time inventory online, but since they are a smaller outfit, you never know. I have used them for odds and ends and they shipped rather quick.
