I'm looking at building a 6 ARC. I have a 12.5" Grendel but its kinda slow. The gun will be for coyote hunting hence the shorter barrel, it will also be suppressed. So I'm thinking of swapping the barrel for the new kid 6 ARC. I don't see a lot of short barrels out there but I found Shaw Barrels has some. Curious has to how the quality is with Shaw? Their price seems on the low end.

I have a 22" 6ARC barrel from Shaw in a gas gun. Works well so far, but not really pushing the envelope.
I own or have owned probably a dozen shaw barrels. I've had 3 6arc shae barrels in 3 different lengths, currently shooting an 18", they are all excellent. They shoot as well as I am capable of shooting..
Going to respond here, because I went through the same thing before buying a Shaw barrel.
But I did buy a 22ARC Shaw barrel and it shoots awesome. I will buy from them again…
