For lack of a better powder for my Newly barreled 27” 7.5T 6GT, I started with h4350 and 110 Atips. Ended up at 36.2gr seated at .010” off and I was getting 2800 fps and SD of 13 across 10 shots. After the barrel got done speeding up it was 2840fps but still with 13-14 sd. I ended up moving up to the next node at 36.6gr and seated the A-tips .030” off today for a 10 shot string. The ave vel was 2875 with an ES of 18 and a SD of 5.7. After all my virgin brass is used I’ll assume it will get a little better yet. 300 rds down pipe so far and I’m going to stick with this load through the season and see how it goes

Fill % may be low. 36.7 gives me 2970 with H4350 and 109 hybrids.
35.9 gives me 2900 with 108 ELDMS and much higher ES/SD.
Maybe its the powder, maybe its the bullets who knows.
I would focus on brass prep, annealing , proper neck tension, good chamfer inside case mouth,ect.
