Suppressors 6mm/243 Can

Guys i,m lookinf for a suppressor for a 243 bolt gun, thinking any of the 6.8 ones would work

However they all seem to be QD type i want a screw on more permanent type install

Any suggestions
group buy for AAC currently so that would be prference but not seeing anything but QD type

I wanted a dedicated 6mm can for my first one. (I didn't know at the time that it is impossible to own just one) Of the 6 different companies I spoke with 5 said "just get a 30 caliber can & be done with it" or "a 30 cal. will work just fine" While that is not false information I wanted a 6mm can. The only company that would talk to me was AWC. I chose a Titanium Thundertrap & am tickled to death with it. It has all but eliminated the recoil. The rifle shoots consistant sub MOA @ 1,000 yards w/can while being hearing safe to someone standing beside the muzzle. I couldn't be more happy with it. Of all the gun related stuff I have purchased over the years the two items that I am most pleased with are my Tubb SpecTacLR 6XC & the AWC 6mm Ti Thundertrap. I have just received the initial paperwork from Chris @ AWC for my second Ti Thundertrap in 7mm.

Buy a shark or Tigershark I will set you up one in 6 mm I have the 6mm baffels for the shark instock now.

thinking yours is going to hurt my wallet much more
but if your same price
I would rather support local vendor

I have a Shark 308 can and I shoot 243 through it all the time. Very quiet. Highly recommended.

I have been running my Scar H on a GAP 6xc. It sounds better than it does on my 308. Here is my eight year old putting it to good use.

People always talk about POI shifts, well my Shark has been on ChadTRG42 260 and CKA AR10 with zero shift, at Rifles Only Chad nailed the LaRue at 770 with no adjustments, and CKA shot a 4 group at 600 that measured 2.5 inches as fast as he could pull the trigger, yes a Shark suppressor is exspensive, buts it's worth it, BOLTRIPPER and ToddACGuy have thermal imaging pics of various suppressor including Jet, Thunderbeast, and there Tigersharks, superior by design. Karl I would get 30 cal can so not to limit yourself to 6mm.

+1 on a .30cal can and use it on 6's. i use my SRT XL ti on my wildcat 6mm, 6br, 308 and 300wm. I did get a seperate .22cal guns for the litle ones up to 22-250.

Would highly consider a shark also...
