After zeroing and working out my dope to 600 yds I had 7 bullets left so I thought I would see what I could do at 100 yards with the remaining 7 shots.

Was looking real good until #7. Just a tad low.

That's the nice thing about 6br's.Groups like this are typical.What FPS are you getting ?

its just the best cartridge going, I think. 30gr of varget, lapua brass and somewhere around a 100gr bullet and itty bitty groups.

My best 6BR load is 30.3 grains of Varget, Berger 105VLD's just touching, Lapua brass and CCI450's. My reamer has .104" free bore and a .269" neck. This is a tight neck and loaded ammo runs .268" at the neck but, a tight neck has no real advantage to a no turn when the bullets are touching or are in the lands. I've found the small base FL bushing die gives the best results with this cartridge.

Nice rifle, looks to be a shooter as well..............big surprise seeing it's a 6BR

I used the 90 gr. factory Lapua.
2950 FPS is what the box says.

My 6 BR is a Prone Gun with iron sights and is a hammer. I am looking forward to the next one. After seeing yours I expect I will follow your lead. Does your 6 BR feed from the Magazine satisfactory.
