You guys have provided great advice before so here goes another one. Which would you prefer, the Tubbs sizing die or a Redding S neck sizer along with a body die? I realize that at least part of the question depends on if you like full length sizing or necks only with the ocasional shoulder bump.

I shoot high power, so all of my 6xc brass gets full length sized. I use the Redding Competition set with a neck bushing.
I bump my shoulders back about .003 each loading, sometimes .002 if only using the brass for slow prone matches where rapid fire and slick bolt manipulation isnt an issue.

Go with the Redding, I bought a Tubb and had serious issues that required a smith's assistance to rectify. This was a few years ago before Redding had a 6XC die set.
