I know that the case capacity is less and maximums should be reduced. When starting a load should the published minimum be reduced as well or is the min still a good starting point?

Starting at the minimum is a good starting point, but most likely will not get you your desired results. Start at the min increase by .3gr or even .5gr and work your way up to the max, always looking for pressure signs
