Because it's NATO and ALL NATO countries had their own thing. I've seen a lot of Australian 146 gr. of course American 147 gr. American and South African 150 and some European country that must've loaded pulled American 152 gr.

In fact, I believe Palma is 155 gr. as a standard because someone loaded it in Europe and for competition they wanted one weight.

As long as it can fire through any NATO firearm of the correct chambering a 5-10 gr. weight difference in the bullet isn't all that much.
