Rifle Scopes 700 5r base screw size? ring height?

i recently picked up a 700 5r in 300win mag. need to order a base and rings. i've read some stuff about the 5r mil specs having a different size screw for the scope base. can anyone shed some light on this for me? also i plan on mount a 56mm scope. what height rings will i need? i've searched numerous times and have found it. any help would be greatly appreciated
