All Right, Need some help making up my mind. I bought the Dick's 700 special and have the build bug. M40A3 or A5. Which should I go with and Why?

If your going for a build. I always make a purpose list and start to design my rifle based on that. Sometimes when people build rifles they just buy what they saw and think it looks cool. Then when they go shoot, then realize they don't need some parts. So money is wasted and unwanted weight is added.
