Gunsmithing 700P old style remington trigger?????

From what i can gather, my 700 pss has an old style remington trigger on it stock. From what i hear, these things can be tuned up quite nicely. My questions are: a.)Does it really have the old style trigger? B.) how would i go about adjusting it a little. Thank you guys, please don't go nuts if this is something alotta people ask i am just trying to learn any way possible. thanks....

It can be done by you but unless you really understand what needs to happen a gunsmith may be a better option.

Any trigger work is more than just adjusting screws.
