Loading 75 trainers for my .223
24.1 8208XBR powder OAL 2.40
They still don’t group as well as the 77 gr sierras TMKs any suggestions?

Almost the same load I ran in my .223. I ran the eldM at .005 off the lands. Grouped really well. Have you tried adjusting the seating depth.

Check the bto of the 75s. I had some I bought in bulk and there was .035" difference in some of them.

I’ll almost guarantee you that 23.5-23.8 will shoot well with the bullet .025” from touching the lands.

That's the exact node I ended up with in my .223 with them .020" off lands.

Check the 23.xx of xbr load with a seating depth test. Start .015 off and go out in .005 lengths until you find a load that shoots. It might be .100-.120 off.
