Win brass is all I use and it does fine. You'll need to do initial prep, but it's no big deal.
Check the search function for loads. There is quite a bit out there already ranging from hunting loads to LR target loads.

WW 7mm-08 brass is good stuff after prep.
My load from a 26" Barreled 7mm-08:
162 Gr Hornady A-Max
WW Brass
46.9 Grains H-4350
2.920" COAL
2726 FPS

That's strange, I thought WW had 1.5-2gr MORE capacity than RP 7/08 brass. I do seem to note Federal brass albeit often very good brass in MY experience, had a noticable decrease vs. other brass inc. RP.

+1 I just started doing this too and the quality is better than the Rem stuff.

I haven't tried anything other than Winchester, but have no reason to. I'm getting plenty good accuracy with H4350 and 162 AMaxs.

I'm running almost an identical load to Bobin and getting good results.

I've tried Remington 308, Winchester 7mm-08, and Lapua 308.
Winchester brass had loose primers at 9 reloads. Remington brass is still good at only 3 reloads. The Lapua has around 10 reloads and still seems like the first reload.
I stick to a softer load of 150MK, 39.1 RL15, BR2 primers, and about 20thou off the lands.
Works well in all brands of brass.

Thanks guys....re: Lapua 08 and WSM....not sure how popular the 7s are in competition shooting vs. other calibers but no doubt the 'need' whether via a lack of demand/popularity by serious accuracy nuts....or any lack of quality with USA mfg. brass - must be the rationale.
