7mm-08 subsonic rounds

anyone loading 7mm-08 subsonic loads ??

not asking for load data, but info on bullet
weights and twists, as well how hard is it
to get a stable bullet.

I'll be using a stock remy varmint barrel
with a 9.25, and was thinking heavy bullet slow
velocity.

any thoughts
