Re: 7mm rem mag reloading help please

You might find RE25 is a bit slow for the lighter bullets. Workable. Not optimal.
I've had pretty good luck with it in the 175 - 180 gr range.

Re: 7mm rem mag reloading help please

I had really good results with reloader 22. Some others that you might want to try are reloader 25, H1000, an H4831. At one time I used a lot of alliant powders and had really good luck with them. I've since gone to using Hodgens Extreme rifle powders for temp insensativity and have done will with these also.

Re: 7mm rem mag reloading help please

so far so good i sure appriciate the help.i have a great load using the ramshot hunter and a 140 bergervld. 3 deer and 3 speed goats fell to this load during hunting season.the ramshot hunter has a burn rate comperable to h4350 from what i understand so what would a guy start with using that. i will run down and pick up some h4831 for sure. any one have the min and max for that powder.oh yea the animals ranged from 65 yrds for my wifes antelope to 325 for my antelope buck and all 1 shot kills.

Re: 7mm rem mag reloading help please

RE25 is not optimal for 7mmRM with 154gr SST, but could work:
