7mm shooters....150 SMKs vs 162 AMAX bullets

How does the 7mm 150gr SMK bullet compare with the 162gr AMAX, specifically out of a 22" barrel? Is one typically more accurate than the other? I have a few hundred of each to load in my 7mm-08, and I am curious is anyone has had better luck with one over the other. Thanks!

I load only the 162's but that is what my rifle was built for. Well the 162 or the 168 berger. It may depend more on twist rate than length. I am shooting a 25.5" 9 twist.
