I have about got my rifle built and am going to start getting ready to fire form some brass. What would be a good start for fire forming. Can I use the same standard loads from 7mm08. None of my loads have excessive pressures.

I form my 7mm-08AI brass by using a few grains of shotgun/pistol powder with no bullet pointed straight up. The case gets 90% formed then I just load normal AI loads.

No experience with 7mm08ai, but in dealing with other improved wildcats, I've found:

Figure "effective" case capacity is ~2/3-3/4 the way to the improved case, even on its first shot.

Example:

A parent case with 50gr H2O, being formed into a case with 60gr H2O should be loaded ( first fireforming load only) as if the cartridge was a 56-57gr H2O case.

A 7mm08 max load oughtta do fine.

A smidge of imperial sizing wax on the body/shoulder junction will help you get a nice sharp shoulder on your first shot.
