Gunsmithing 8-40 screws, leupold t-15, close to .470" length for 20 moa base

I need some long 8-40 screws to mount the rear of my 20 moa scope base, they need to be the Leupold type w/ .225" head diameter to fill the counterbore on the rail, maximum length from face of counterbore through receiver is .470". I want screws with thread as close to this length as is reasonable. So who has 'em? Already checked brownells and midway, no dice, I called Leupold and they said they would send me some two weeks ago and I emailed to follow up, but there has been no reply.

Who built the base? I would think they would have the correct screws to support it.
