So I was on the range recently and saw another shooter with a Strider MT-10 knife.
It had the Chuck Mawhinney signature on the side of it, but did not have the "Sniper" marking underneath the "Strider" name. Instead, it had "8541" underneath the "Strider" marking, and then "USMC" below that.
Does anyone know anything about this, and if there is any significance to the knife? Is it just a custom marking that someone had personalized? Or was it one of the knives that the schoolhouse hands out to the honor graduate for each course, if Strider does mark those knives differently?
Thanks in advance for any information.
