God no, it was on my 21st birthday and I wrecked my pickup.
BTW, this was way before people thought driving while intoxicated was a bad thing.
I guess you could say I learned my lesson.

Good for you. I always enjoyed drinking more than most for many, many years and have never thought to get behind the wheel after I drove my Chevy Chevelle into a tree on my 19th birthday. The black and blues on my chest were nothing I would ever want to repeat

Angry drunk? That is too bad.

I drink beer rarely. Mostly hard liquor but I have recently cut way back due to acid reflux issues

Could be...does she want to meet up for a short one?
Beer that is

I'm not sure, it depends on her work schedule, I'd have to ask her. She posts to it when she travels around the country or world and posts pictures of her drinking various beverages in airport pubs all over the place.

Bourbon is a fantastic way to start. I'll only have a few beers a year, if that. And they'll only be on the hottest days of the year as well as the beers need to be ice-cold. Just a thing with me, beer don't do it for me at all.

But Bourbon though,,, you can throw the cork away from the bottle and I'll walk around with it all day. Second though though, don't get rid of that cork. I ain't near as young as I used to be, and there will still be plenty left when I'm sleeping at the base of a tree.

My days of "all-nighters" are pretty much long past. But I sure enjoy the time awake that I do have. With or without the bottle.

Had a Dales Pale Ale (my go-to beer) from right here in CO.
Been my favorite for about 15 years. Hot blonde climber turned me onto it up near @Bender’s AO. I was young and wise. She offered me a beer and I took it.
Didnt last as she forgot the sammich.
