The study was among several backed by the National Institutes of Health that have come under scrutiny from a group claiming the agency is wasting valuable tax dollars at a time when the country is trying to control its debt. This particular research resulted in a 2009 report titled, "The Association Between Penis Size and Sexual Health Among Men Who Have Sex with Men."

It was my understanding that the money, almost a million dollars,) wasn't to actually investigate, or measure, the Queer meat, but to compile and analyze the information obtained by other stuies (likely also tax funded).

This is right there with the tax money used to study the sexual behavior of Gay Men who get drunk in Gay Nightclubs, in Buenos Aires Argentina, to determine if alcohol might be a factor in high risk Homsexualsexual behavior (Duh!). That has been going on for like 4 years now. Who thought that up, and who approved paying for it?

That's right. Seems it was somebody's idea to do the study in Buenos Aires instead of anyplace in America. The study involved Argentine Gay men getting drunk, picking each other up in bars, and what sort of sexual behavior they indulge in.
Been going on for years. i expect your tax dollars have paid for more than a few PHD's, and drinks.
