Suppressors 9/16x24 threads work for .338?

I have an elite iron Sierra .338 suppressor that I use on my 338 LM. I recently picked up a ruger frontier in 338 fed. I figured the short 38 fed would be a dandy candidate for a suppressor. The only down side is the barrel is only .665 at the muzzle.

I was wondering if a 9/16x24 would work with .665” diameter and then I could use an adapter to go from 9/16-5/8.

If you are .665 at the muzzle , you have lots for 5/8x24 thread.

Pretty sure he can fit it too.

Just got mine fitted to an MRAD barrel, they do amazing work. You not using the QD mounts?
