sad thing is its not us that need to be convinced that your rights should be protected it's the millions of dims that voted for handing over their and your rights to socialists / communists . I voted republican even if I did not like the candidate just because they were the only ones other than pro communist candidates that were available to vote for .

Andrew Cuomo , he got away with murder rounding up a few Jews for disobeying his laws is small beans when compared to 15,000 citizens dead by his actions . That's more than any other serial killer in history by a large number and all they want to do about it is remove him from power not lock him up , not even charge him with wrongful death just remove him from power .

9Th Circuit has said that there is no right to open carry.

Ok. But the 2nd Amendment specifically states that the right to BEAR arms shall not be infinged...

So by their decision, if open carry is not a right, then the right to BEAR arms can only be carried out by concealed carry. Bearing arms in a concealed manner, I suppose so as not to incite panic or similar.

In the stroke of a pen, the 9th Circuit has just, therefore, stated that Nation Wide Concealed Carry is an intent of the Second Amendment and that Concealed Carry is legal and uninfringed in all jurisdictions.

That's how it should be interpreted.

This Appeals Court finds that there is no right to open carry. The Court also affirms that there is no right to carry a concealed firearm in the body of the decision (sorry @sirhrmechanic). This ruling effectively ends the second amendment outside of the home and turns the right to carry firearms outside the home into a privilege granted by the State.

This ruling is so at odds with the Constitution and the intent of the Second Ammendment that I can't imagine it not being struck down on appeal. My fear is that the Supreme Court is so scared of it's own shadow that it will let this ruling stand by not accepting this case for review.

I think I read somewhere that the vote was 7-4. Can someone tell me how a court can be THAT divided? Each are looking at the same words and meanings. I've wondered how a court can ever be that divided on any matter. These are supposed to be the best legal minds in the world, yet they can't come together for what in my opinion is simple. The constitution clearly states BEAR ARMS. It shouldn't matter if it's concealed or open carry. It's all the same when taken in context of the words contained in the second amendment.

That's why there is no longer a judicial branch, they're just an extension of the legislative branch.

I'll bet, however, they'll be much more into enforcing gun laws.
Another strange thing, states are collecting taxes from weed sales yet no
fed action.
When you have a judicial system that regularly impedes people's rights without
consequences you'll see this.

The First Revolutionary War was started, mainly, due to taxation.
The Second Revolutionary War was started, mainly, due to taxation and States rights.
I am fairly certain there will be a Third Revolutionary War but am not sure just what will be the actual cause.
 
Way I read it last night they looked at the history of Hawaii during its pre -state status and claimed the historical record gave it precedence.

Whatever Hawaii did before statehood makes no matter.

Once becoming a state they are incorporated under the Constitution and Big Boy rules apply.

Just a fucking clown show that they think we should accept because we are stupid.

I carry everyday all day. No paper has ever told me i can do that or cant. No paper will now. I dont get nervous about stuff that i wont abide by either way. If im a criminal because of it then so be it.

Any law today is null and void. Any enforcement of laws today is tyranny. The govt voided this contract when it started abusing its people. We have a insurgent govt now. The states voided this contract as ell as all 50 states were complicit in this insurgency and all declared it perfectly acceptable and legal.

This puts law enforcement in a predicament. How can you do the job under these conditions and still think of yourself a moral man with principles. Your job description is literally to enforce illegal laws using up to and including deadly force. The police are what give this govt power. These guys have a lot of soul searching to do. Unfortunately for us the people in these positions have been taught that this country is evil and those not actively trying to change it are the enemy. You cannot work for and support this govt and be decent people. This goes for the office lady inside the buildings as well. It's all inclusive.

It was interesting to notice yesterday how quickly so many Lost concern for ones rights while another was committing a crime and all the protect and serve types were stacking on a wall and bringing in fire trucks.

We should be able to tell a difference between the way our police treat civilians in America and the way soldiers treat people in a occupied country.

There is allready a playbook on how to beat this. Its called prohibition, it worked about as well as bidens feet up a set of stairs. Govt said no alchohol and America said... bullshit imma have a drink its happy hour, i can buy beer at any store in my town. People have been conditioned to believe that it takes a police force with a half a billion dollar a year budget armed with military gear to keep us "safe". These clueless people don't realize that this is all used to CONTROL us using safety as a guise. If people were allowed to take care of their own then this militarized police force would be seen as unnecessary. To get around this, politicians castrate Americans using monetary penalties and violence by the police when necessary so people won't even attempt to police their own neighborhoods. Crime goes rampant and the idiots accept police in army tanks to keep them safe.

I don't accept any of this any longer and I have come to terms that it may cause me problems. It's worth the cause as I have children that I am not willing to sacrifice like so many others are more than happy to do as long as they can maintain this American dream illusion for as long as possible. I would love to hear stories everyday about individuals resisting this NEW WORLD that has been thrust upon us. It could motivate millions to follow suit.

The police was basically an economic enabler that allowed a property owner to leave home and family with the expectation all their shit would still be there when they got back from work.

Apparently if the riots are indication that doesnt apply any more.

I’m tired of having people young enough to be my kid wearing a badge puffing out their chest acting like I’m in the wrong because I pursue someone who just struck my vehicle and fled.

Tired of judges trying to tell me I can’t be armed even though I’ve been convicted of no crime.

Sick of seeing feds bring out big guns to address unarmed protesters at their house.

Sick of judges that won’t hear what we the people want them to rule on but is all for ruling to take away rights.

This won’t stop until enough people do something by words or actions. Words aren’t being heard. No one able to communicate..

Don't know how far south it will go. It is such a potent threat once it happens just a little bit. A competent, but malevolent, ruler can use a few examples very successfully without going so far as to lose the favor of the populace. I mean, we haven't seen a competent ruler in a few decades, but I hear they have existed.....

What people forget is that if you kick them out of one system they will build another. Look at the Jews in Europe in WWII.

What the left doesn’t understand is that we still have an older system that has not yet been destroyed. Gun culture, hunting, farming, old fashioned ways of living that many still practice, and countless others still know and could slip back into without much fuss.

We have this now, but in a generation we probably won’t, which is why the left is so nervous right now. They know if they can just keep the status quo for a bit longer they will have neutered their opposition.

When you push someone out of one system, and they already have another available, and you threaten to use the first system to annihilate them, that is a very bad idea, especially when they own all the guns and means of producing and distributing food.

This is why there is a huge push on the left to get rid of guns and push their elites to buy farm land.

Now the cops will show up and arrest you if you try to kick a squatter out of your home, or arrest you if you shoot someone trying to rape your children.

If your bank account gets turned off, you can still invest in metals, crypto, or some form of local decentralized currency. Or go back to good, ol fashioned barter

And conditions will only be unsurviveable if everyone forgets how to be humans.
