Thanks guys!

I've only done some basic load testing with the M28-76. Here are two five shot groups @ 100 yds with 185 grain Bergers in front of 52.5 grains of IMR 4350.

I used this load for the March and May AZPRC shoots... Though at only 2,577 fps, it falls behind the 6 and 6.5 mm's in the wind. I'll probably switch to 155 Berger hybrids in front of 55.5 grains of H-100V... accuracy is slightly better, and they run 3,025 fps.

I just put together the 1943 Izhevsk on Saturday and haven't done any load testing yet... though the other UK-59 barrel Mosin I put together is a consistent 1/2 MOA gun with 174 grain SMK's in front of 43 grains of IMR 4350.
