And then he seen a judge who released him without bail and he did it all over again and again and again. Then one day some innocent person going about their business becomes a victim to this thug and they or family members have to suffer because the politicians failed them along with the courts. Enough already put these people in prison.

Anything under $5k
First offense = $1000 fine. Paid in 10 weeks, or you roll into second time offender.
Second offense = 30 days jail.
Third offense = Digit on Dominant hand.
Fourth offense = Dominant hand.
