Rifle Scopes A scope similar to Optika6 3-18?

Meopta has been totally unable to deliver Optika6 3-18 FFP scopes in Europe. Now I'm looking for something similar. The scope will be used for range shooting and hunting (often at night). My thoughts on requirements:
- Illuminated center dot, non-illuminated hashes and christmas tree, if there is a tree. Doesn't have to be daylight bright, must go to pretty dim
- 3-18x56 or something similar like 4-20...
- Elevation turret uncovered, zero stop, preferably lockable
- Windage turret preferably lockable or covered
- Some kind of MRAD reticle

Will probably cost a bit more than Optika6. That's okay.
Any ideas?

Element Optics Nexus May be a good option. When I was looking for a scope for my PCP air rifle I seriously considered the 3-18x Optika6. It should give you everything you are looking for except locking turrets.

The bushnell lrhs 4.5-18 may be close. I've got the lrhs and the optika6. I like the bushnell better while hunting, but the optika6 fits the need on my 22lr perfectly.
