I ordered and received a KRG Whiskey 3 (Gen 6) Rem LA Chassis. It came in the mail yesterday and I assembled it. I don't exactly know how, but when I was adjusting the buttpad thumbscrew, the little bb and spring that applies friction to the thumbscrew came out. At the time I didn't know there was a spring but I did locate the bb on my office floor.
I emailed and called KRG for assistance. Today, they emailed me (made me) a video of one of their engineers reinstalling the parts. I quickly discovered that there was a missing spring somewhere on my office floor and guess what...I found it! The video was so easy to follow that even a caveman could do it. Mission accomplished to KRG's timely technical crew. I have a working buttpad thumbscrew.
