But straight, look at all that wasted ink!
You could accomplish the same thing with a Grid,
then save on target purchases or printer supplies. ;)

Lee, my rifles are as mechanically correct as I can make them.
Factory barrels replaced with Lilja or Shilen, EPS chambers.
3 lb pull OEM triggers replaced with adjustable sear and pull triggers.
Receiver pillared and bedded, barrel bedded or
installed into a barrel block platform that minimizes barrel harmonics.
Bolt and firing pin polished, tip reshaped to focus the strike,
springs replaced to provide a consistent impact on the rims,
head space tenon shimmed to avoid slop when chambering.

My real problems are ammunition quality, wind and that I'm a technician.
I can improve my results to the limits of the equipment,
but appear to lack the talent to push beyond those limits.
How does it shoot without the tuner? can it hold the vertical plane meaning bare barrel the shots will remain generally within the same vertical line. in example notice the above group marked 45 is nearly the same group size and shape with a tuner versus the no tuner group. the other target shows what I am talking about holding the vertical bare barrel.

Lee, the pic below is not my rifle, the results were from an example posted by a much more skilled shooter.
He was providing proof that you can shoot groups and hit what you aim at using the 3/4 inch dots.

My rigs are much more basic in form and function. :D
Harmonics are minimized, needed shooter skill also.
Almost 20 pounds of inertia does most of the work for me.

Velocity differences show up as linear vertical spread as backed up by chronograph numbers.
Cartridge caused strays show up as random impacts that don't match prevailing wind direction.
If I find decent ammunition, the results are impressive.
If it's low grade ammo the random spread shows up almost immediately.
Lately my purchases have all proven to be hunting or plinking rimfire ammo,
much to the chagrin of the folks that had advised me to try it.

Ok I thought that was your rifle. ammo is always what will determine the end results. my rifles weigh 18-20 lbs. and with a 10lb. bungee tension you really need to watch to see them recoil on the rest. :)
