A5 buffer tube on LR-308

What combo (if any) are ya'll using for the A5 tube and LR308 platform? I'm reading to use a AR10 buffer spring with an H2/3 buffer. Let me know, thanks!

I prefer as heavy as commonly available. H3 with a Tubbs 308 flatwire recoil spring.

Are you running an Adj. GB ?

Not built yet, just gathering ideas on next one. It will have an adjustable gas block for sure though. Not sure on what cartridge yet. Thinking about 6mm CM since I have 308 and 6.5CM already. I'm assuming if I do a 6MM I could probably get a lighter buffer?

Maybe.. I run heavy buffers in all my .308's and 6.5CM's regardless of barrel length / gas system length

My rifle stocked Large Frames use a 9.3oz 308 rifle buffer weight with the Tubbs 308 Flatwire.

how smooth is that 9.3oz buffer on your setup? are you shooting some 168gr-175gr+?
