Just wanted to share my experience since I do own 3 of their suppressors, but I also own several more from other makers. I sent in a Titan-QD because the latch no longer secured the device on the brake. This happened out of nowhere. After a few shots, the POI would be all over the place. Discovered the device had backed off a tooth or two. I have had great and repeatable POI out of this supppressor on several guns, so I have been very pleased with it. Long story short, was told the latch is a wear item and needed to be replaced. On the phone for about 10 minutes. They already had my info since I registered it. Was emailed a service response ticket and a return shipping label within a few minutes of the call. Got it back after 8 days. No cost to me and the latch was fixed and a new coat of Gun-Kote since it had some wear on the finish and a few nicks from use. Overall, I am very satisfied!!!

Yeah, that's nice to hear since I have FOUR of 'em… Yeah, go ahead and say it, but I got the two 556SD's pretty cheap and one of the two SDN6's for a good deal. They're good cans, just shitty mounts and the CS was abysmal.

I was expecting to hear another horror story too, kind of. I got a FH 51T mount for an FAL and they wouldn't replace it, gave me the run around, then wanted me to send the whole rifle in along with the can on my dime, both ways. Just wouldn't take my word for it that a can wobbled and I could see an eclipse. 3 YEARS later, never having shot the FAL with a can on it, when I heard they got bought out, I immediately called and told 'em the same thing. It did take 'em a few weeks, but they sent me a new one and it works. I didn't have to send my rifle in and they took my word for it. I was glad to get it and figured they were busy as hell and that's why it took so long. I wasn't complaining at this point, this mount actually fits well enough to use safely.

FWIW, I found the best way to deal with the mounts isn't to work down the bevel, but to buy several, say ten of 'em, then fit 'em all to the can(s) and just pick the best one(s) and return the rest. It sucks and it's a hassle, but it does work VERY well and doesn't void the warranty like working the bevel down does, and the dealer can still resell the returned mounts. The brakes are the best IMO/E.

As for the latch, best way is to depress and hold it when you take it on and off. Ratcheting it just wears the teeth out faster IME. My biggest fear is replacing the latch, then getting it back and it not lining up on my mounts anymore, which are all dead on, tight fitting now. Before this thread my biggest fear was warranty work, period!

But so glad to hear you didn't have a problem because one day I'm sure some of these will need to go back for one thing or another, and surely for latches at some point, so awesome to hear and also glad they are unfucking themselves. 8 days no fee is up there with stellar, five star CS man!

I was a little worried after hearing all the horror stories, but they really took care of me. I'm glad because I also have a Cyclops and you know how expensive that thing is!! That would be one expensive paper weight....

Had an SPR-M4 that required service and AAC was not able to repair, so they offered me the full retail price at the time I purchased it towards anything they currently offered. Ended up with an SR-5 and 4 mounts. Love the tone of the new can and other than the lost time and tax stamp money I feel like I really came out ahead. No complaints here.

I just sent an aac pilot in, my end cap blew off, the threads looked way too shallow and I found all the pieces, no baffle strikes whatsoever, no visual problems that were able to be detected. I called aac, got a return label, sent it in, and got it back a month later with no type of work order, inspection order, and in the same condition I sent it in. I called aac and they said since it was an older model, they would not repair or service it, even though it was all there. I was pretty pissed and talked to a tec and he assured me someone would call me back with a better explanation of why it wasn’t fixed but that was 3 weeks ago. Piss on aac and their customer service, I’m not impressed, I’ll stick with silencer co and thunderbeast.
