Let's just say that after hearing one beside my Evo45 I wanted to cry. It's much quieter dry and still quieter wet. I thought the dry difference was a lot more than the wet difference.

I've never shot the KAC or even been in close proximity to one being fired so I can't answer that question. The testing they did in the .45 cal silencer shootout showed a vast improvement. From what I've heard the KAC is only slightly quieter than the EVO45.
Most of my .45 can experience is with either a Gemtech Blackslide or my Evo. Sorry I couldn't be much help.

I got to shoot it today ........ fucking SICK quiet DRY. Quieter than a 22 suppressed running subsonics.

I have seen them offered at a couple places. one was ranier arms. for 850-900. pretty reasonable. I think i will pick one up, once they are in stock at a local dealer.

That's the Evolution, not the TiRant.
Suggested retail is $1195, not $1500. A little more than the Evolution, but from what everyone's saying it's a big improvement.

Are you over estimating it a little? The manufacturer doesn't claim it's that quite. And the videos I've seen don't seem to compare to 22 subsonic suppressed.
I haven't shot one so I can't say you are wrong but it would have to be much quieter than the AAC published numbers to accomplish this.
