Just wanted to give a shout out to Accu-Shot (B&T) for their excellent customer service. I’ve had one of their early bipods since about 2013. I recently sent It in to them and they gave me excellent trade-in value towards a new PSR. They called me to ask if I wanted them to swap the old rail mount over or send it with a new mount. Two days later I have a really nice new bipod. That’s how you build a loyal customer base!

Love their products and customer service too! Called to purchase some hardware for a mount on a monopod and they sent it out with no charge or hassle
Kasey at BT modified mine to make it easier for me to adjust. I wasn't able to crank the Cant Adjustment down tight enough, because of how arthritis surgeries left my hands. For the price of shipping it back to him, I got a bipod back that works like it was custom made for me!
