I generally like mine, especially the fact that they stick out less than the Spuhr and MKM versions.
The Accuracy 1st level seems more immediately reactive than the bubble levels (less delay), and also seems a bit more sensitive to angle changes too. Be aware that there will probably be a small air bubble in the vial as well as the ceramic ball. I was irritated until I saw that their website pics showed that too. Doesn’t affect anything.
I do find that it is very helpful to add a dot of bright nail polish to the top and one to the bottom of the center position, bracketing the ceramic bead. My older Accuracy 1st unit had spots engraved to where paint should go, but my new one does not.
Regardless, I added two dots of nail polish and called it good.
Not my pics, but where I got the idea:

Of the regular bubble levels I really like the Spuhr, but it’s for their mounts only and can be a bit of a pain in the ass to level (it’s adjustable, which I like). It also sticks out a bit, but it’s preeminently visible and very sensitive (for a bubble level). The MKM is also quite sensitive.
P.S. I put the levels as far forward as I can due to old man eyes.
