Received my new AI at-xc today. Two questions first, I have a 6.5 CM and the bolt face area says .308. Can you use this bolt for a .308, 6.5CM, and 6MM? Secondly, has anyone else experienced a rather hard bolt throw?

To answer your first question, yes that bolt face works with those calibers. To answer your second question, well that's rather subjective. Do you mean bolt throw after you fired a round, or just cycling the bolt and the lift feels heavy? If it's the latter, they are 6 lug actions so it takes more force than the 2 and 3 lug 700 actions to cycle the bolt. It will break in with use though and feel much smoother over time.
