For Sale is an Accuracy International short action in Pale Brown. I shoot .260R so, for this sale, I swapped the .260 barrel and replaced it with an AI 6.5CM from my previously sold AIAT. I’m selling as I bought an AXMC and will have a .260 barrel made for it, so there’s no sense having this fine bolt action sitting idle while I shoot the long action.
Price is $5450 shipped to the lower 48. Prefer USPS PMO or Cashier’s Check (plus time to clear). I will most likely ship through my FFL, but please make sure your FFL will accept from an individual in case I ship though UPS. Sorry, I'm not looking for any trades nor will I separate the barrel / rifle for separate sale.
ETA - If you prefer .260R, I can replace the 6.5CM barrel with a new, never fired, 26" Krieger 5/R that was spun up by Dave Tooley. It's a long story, but the barrel was in Robert Gradous' shop when he passed and I had it sent to Dave for the work. I bought an AXMC so I never mounted it or shot it on my AXSA. The barrel was chambered with a 0.090 throat, 5/8-24, barrel flats and Cerakoted a dark earth.
