Accuracy International fluted barrels

I spoke to 2 different accuracy international dealers today looking to order a AW 300WM and apparently you can no longer order them with a fluted barrel? Does anybody know about this or why it would be the case? I would really like to buy a AI AW in 300WM but prefer the fluted barrel and I am wondering if they can still be found.

On the UK AI factory price list you can only order the 300WM with a fluted barrel and if you look on the AI website it has a fluted barrel so I would assume it comes fluted. It maybe be different on your side of the pond though.

Is this just in the US now that we can't get fluted barrels? Is Accuracy International USA different and building their own instead of import? Strange...
