does anyone notice a difference in accuracy between brand new or once fired brass vs. brass that has been fired multiple times, say 4-5 or more?

As far as the fired -If it is sized properly,wont really see a difference. If the gun/load combination is right its just gonna shoot good. When you find the middle of the node/ window they just run!

I noticed a difference when I got to 5th fire and above. Did a side by side of 2nd fire vs. 6th fire with two 5 shot groups of each at 200yrds all prepped the same.
The 2nd fire grouped at .87 and 1.33 vs. 2.45 and 2.93. Taught me the importance of annealing.

for the record, i consider annealing part of what it takes to properly size brass, every 3rd time,but good thinking it needed mentioning
