I just purchased an Accurate Mag (3 round) for my 7 WSM which is sitting in an older model AICS 2.0 chassis. At first, I had to really slam the empty mag up into the chassis several times to get it to seat properly and lock into the chassis bottom metal. That seemed to help a little. Now I'm having the same issues with the mag loaded. I have to slam the mag even harder to get it to lock in the chassis. I cannot just firmly push the mag up in chassis for it to lock. I have taken measurements against the AICS mag and they are identical to the Accurate mag.

Has anybody else experienced this issue? Does the follower spring just need to be "broken" in?

Also, the follower spring makes a very loud "dooooing" when the mag is empty and even after first 2 rounds have been ejected and there's 1 left in the mag. Maybe it's just me and wouldn't bother some people but it sure is an annoying sound.

This isn't a "huge" problem as the mag feeds fine and I can learn to live with it but it sure would be nice to eliminate the above issues I'm having.

Other than these little things mentioned above, the mag is great and it sure is nice to have a mag I can use right out of the box without having to modify feed lips.

Thanks in advance.
