Rifle Scopes ACOG rmr adapter bolt spec

Anyone know bolt spec to mount rmr adapter on TA31 4x ACOG, that will be great

I'm unsure if there is a spec, i couldn't find anything in my searching. If it was me I'd torque them to 15-18 in/lbs with some blue loctite. It's not rocket science.
