Rifle Scopes acog ta31rco-m4cp help

Can anyone tell me what the cp stands for at the end of the model # TA31RCO-M4CP means?
I have an email into acog but they havent gotten back to me yet and thought I would give it a shot here.

any help would ne appreciated.

I believe I read that denotes the civilian product model.
